Chew the cud (and black pudding) with members of Sheffield Aces scooter club. Admire the shiny Vespas and Lambrettas, then watch them ride off into the Kelham back streets.
From Friday 7th August we're running a Happy Hour, 5pm to 7pm every Friday. All drinks 50% off. Meeting the office after a long week or starting a night out on Kelham, save yourself a few quid and join us. Big screens on for the videos or the live sport.
Bar Kelham offers a full wake service in a historic Sheffield location. The venue is on one level with excellent wheelchair access and accessible toilets. Hire is full private hire, Monday through Friday. Parking is in the Green Lane pay car parks or on-street pay and display, and we're connected to the Veezu taxi service for quick cabs home when the day is done.
We can run a bar tab or offer a voucher service if drinks are included. Our big screens can show commemorative videos, and our sound system will play your own playlist or something appropriate from our collection. The buffet is chosen from our standard menus, with extra items on request.
We've always reckoned a great bar is built on the same things as a great city, graft, character, and people who properly know each other's names.

Kelham Island wasn't always all microbreweries and converted lofts. For most of its life it was the beating, hammering heart of Sheffield's steel and cutlery trade, and you can still feel it in the brickwork, the canals and rivers, the names above the doors. That's where we sit.
Bar Kelham is a proper neighbourhood bar with the doors wide open: a place to start an evening, anchor a Sunday afternoon, watch the sport, throw a 50th, dance to 80s and 90s music until last orders, or just lean on the bar and talk to whoever's nearest. You'll soon find out there's plenty of characters on the island.
No pretence. No pomp. Just good drink, good food, good company, and a stretch of Yorkshire that genuinely feels like home.
Birthdays, work do's, christenings, retirements, "I just fancied a party" parties, full or part hire, buffet or set menu, up to 100 people. We'll do the heavy lifting.
